Here simple tip for someone who are don't have time to do exersice.Try to using stairs. Only use lift when you are late.At least your fat will burn and build you leg muscles.:leaving:
 
how much fat do you honestly think you're burning?

taking the stairs is NOT a good substitute for exercise -it's a fine addition into getting movement into your day -but it's not exercise.. that'd be like counting the steps to the bathroom as part of your 10,000 steps a day...
