seems a bit quiet in here at the mo. where are all you 150er`s. been on holiday, had a lovely relaxing time. ate healthily most of the time and lost some. now 150.6lbs, so hopefully ill be out of here quite soon (no offense). mind you i did panic. got back late last night, jumped on the scales cos i hadnt weighed myself for 2 weeks. scale said 157 . but by this morning it had dropped right back down. slim
well, as of monday I'm 159, so I figured I'd pop in and say hi. I'm hoping to only be here for a few weekssince the weight has been just falling off for me (thank god) but I'm not holding my breath.
btw a little bit about me, I just had a baby 3 weeks ago(hense the rapid weight loss so far) and I can't actually "work out" for another 3 weeks. so I'm mainly just watching what I eat, and walking a LOT since it's the only form of active exersize I'm allowed until I get the dr's okay. I just started a weight loss diary on here, and am hoping that keeps me in line more than just holding myself responsible for what I eat. any tips on little things I can do that aren't high impact but help shed pounds(keep in mind I've got a newborn and a toddler so it's got to be simple and relatively quick to do) I would REALLY appreciate it!
Here's hoping we're all out of this club and on to the 140's soon!!
