Hi everyone!
I am happy that I am 151.5 for 2 days in a row!! I've been bouncing around 155 for 1 1/2 years, and I haven't seen this number more than once in a row before.
Yay! I'm going to try extra hard to do things right today...maybe I'll get another day...hope, hope.
C'mon everybody, let's DO IT!!!
Cheryl
great job cool cat. I have been hopping between 157 and 159-160 for the last 3 weeks. Yikes, I better start seeing something else soon!!! I'm gonna go bananas!!
The third day at 151.5 didn't happen.
This weekend we are going to be with my husband's siblings who are all obese and LOVE food. I know it's gunna be a real struggle. Wish me luck!

I'm gonna be doing the weight loss dance for the next week or so. I really REALLY wanna get some extra lbs off before I leave to go skiing. I already feel that I'm going to be able to fare on the slopes a little better!
Today I had about 109 oz water, 2.03 miles on the treadmill, and 1215 calories etc. I joined Spark People and am going to try to better track my fat/protein/carbs as well as calories!
Good Luck everyone! I sure hope to see a decrease on the scales for Thursday's weigh in!
Wow photocrazed that's some exercise routine today!
I'm taking the weight-loss while it's coming, I spent two months stuck in a freakin' rut but now I think *knock on wood* that I'm good to go for while now...
Yesterday I hit 151!!
Wow has it been a long time since I've seen that number.
I'm hoping today will be good, too.
I didn't get my calories yesterday. I think that's a first. I guess it's not good, though to miss meals.
I'll try again today for healthy choices!
Cheers!
Hello all. I am fairly new to the idea of trying to lose weight. I have been participating in athletics for as long as I can remember (junior high, high school, and then college) But, after my volleyball season ended this year (my final year playing) I gained more than 25 pounds in two months.
I guess it was the combination of not having to run/lift weights EVERYDAY with FINALLY having my meals away from the watchful eyes of my coaches.
Anyway, lately I've noticed that I am tired all the time, and I my body can just TELL that there is too mcuh excess weight with me. It's difficult to talk to any of my friends about it because they look at me and say I am crazy because I don't LOOK like I've put on all the extra weight.... but I can tell a difference in my knees and my back...
SO... since I've just hit the 150's as of yesterday... I would love to be a part of this club
Welcome aboard!!!! COunt down with us and maybe we'll hit the 140's together too!!!!
There are several volleyball players on the board. Myself, Xorie, and ...someone else, maybe mnexercisegirl. I love volleyball and play on Parks and Rec teams in the local area.
