For those in the 150's...

I'm happy to say I'm in! THough to be honest, when I weigh myself at night I do sneak back into 160s sometimes *sigh*

This past week I haven't been to the gym at all. However, I've been enjoying evening walks outside now that the weather is a bit less chilly. I think it was these long walks that moved me from my 158/159 plateau into my current 157.4 (weighed in again this morning and still weighed 157.4... yay! i didn't gain!).

Anyhoo, I love the idea of a little club here. Should we put forth any challenges?

Out of curiousity, what are your daily caloric goals?

Mine is between 1300-1700.

My other goal is to walk, run, or do an exercise video for at least 30 minutes every day.
 
Welcome PaintedDaisy! My daily caloric goals are between 1800 and 2000. This is because I need a lot of energy for the day. I'm in college so I walk a LOt and I exercise a lot as well. I also aim for 75g of protein a day. Good luck in your goal, but remember to incorporate easy days and rest days into your schedule!

I have tried to consume between 1200-1500 cals per day, but I have pushed that # up to 1500-1600 cals per day. I have started losing again, finally. I have been bouncing between 157 &159 for 3-4 weeks, and now I have been dropping almost daily. 157.6-157.2-156.6-156.0.

So today, I saw another drop to 156!! I'm so happy. I'm thinking it might be possible to see the 155's when I go on my ski trip Friday. WOOHOO!!

I aim for 8 miles on the treadmill per week. I think I just made it yesterday, with all the walking around the mall shopping. (It was a good day)! So, weekly I set my mileage back to 0. I try to get in 2 HIIT sessions per week, and have started a new strength training program as listed in my diary. Near the last 2 pages.

Yes, I believe we will start a 140's club when we get there. Also, once I hit 150, I'll be part of the 20 lbs or less club. wooohooo!
 
me too!!! I can't wait to be a member of the 20 pounds to go club!

I can hardly believe that I'm in the 150's, I haven't been this skinny in so long. I'm a little psycho though because I still feel like that 203.5 pound fat girl...especially my gut. I so wish that my gut would just shrink into nothingness. I seriously think that 25 of my remaining 27.8 pounds are sitting right on my gut. *ick* Anyway, hopefully some time this week I'll hit 155 and post some new 'during' pictures. The last time I showed my progress I was around 180 pounds. I just did the math....180 was almost 25 pounds ago---that's crazy! It's funny how sometimes you don't really comprehend exactly how many pounds you've lost. 45 pounds gone forever. Wow. I think I've just had a moment here. :) T2 would be proud.
 
Yay 150s!!!

Hullo Ladies; thanks for inviting me to join you PhotoCrazed (PC for short?) I'm really happy to have hit 159 last Friday.
Quick story on me, I was at 179 two years ago, then lost 40 pounds, then gained 26 of it back, shooting back up to 165. Doh!!

So back at 'er for the last two weeks and down to 159 now. I weigh in on Fridays with another club on here Going to Be Hotties in 2007.

So here's to the 150s and a kick butt March, ladies. Hurrah hurrah!
 
Wouldn't it be nice if we all just kicked the 150's to the curb by the end of March and could just all move to the 140's club at the same time.
 
got up this morning bright and early before class to run/jog/walk with one of my girlfriends... I was SO tired, but it feels so so so good to actually be doing something for myself!!!!

I agree, we should all shoot for the 140's by the end of march, I haven't checked where I am at since Friday..... *fingers crossed* we'll see this afternoon where I am at!!! :rolleyes:
 
A New Number!!

I ate so badly yesterday that I was afraid to get on the scale, but...
I weighed in at 150.5!!!!!:D
I have a goal for 149 by March 21. I really didn't have a lot of faith that I could actually do it, but thanks to you all I really got psyched to keep on keeping on each day.
I want to have a 140's club, too. It's so nice to have loser buddies!
Good job everyone for your exercise! I'm still struggling to do that...

Hey Cool Cat, good job on the weight loss. Yah, I agree, it's great hanging out with losers.:D

Ladies, count me TOTALLY in for hitting the 140s by end of March. I will just sneak in at 149, because I'll be 157 this Friday and that gives me four weeks to reasonably lose eight pounds.

I'm going to visit my brother in another city weekend of March 16th and will bring my own food, in order to eat on plan. DQ has these awesome fudge bars that are only 45 calories, Orville Redenbacher has 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn, and there's yogurt and almonds, rye bread with tuna, oatmeal or bran flakes, loads of fruit. And I can take my pubbedy wubbedy for long walks.

149 end of March!! Just think of it, girls.:D
 
Well, I thought I was doing badly today, but as it turns out, it's not as bad as I thought. I still got between 1500 and 1600 cals and did my strength training and cardio today! Woohoo! Go Me. I'm hoping for a loss on the scale on Thursday.

I did so well yesterday until one of the kids wanted pizza for dinner!
I fell off the wagon and had a turkey "torpedo" with melted mozzarella cheese...kaiser-type bun. I normally eat half (now since trying to lose), but last night I was too hungry and ate it all.:(

Today I'll plan dinner ahead.

I remember every milestone, 'oh the 190's would be awesome' 'I can't wait for the 180's' '170's, here I come' '160's Baby!' 'Wahoo the 150's' and now, the prospect of being skinny enough to say that I'm 140 something---it's mind boggling but nonetheless 'Watch out 140's, I'm coming at'cha with a vengence!'
