Thanks, but that pic was taken last March and I was around 146 lbs then. Based on my height of 5'4" 146 is the TOP of what I should weigh. I should be somewhere between 110 and 145. and I used to feel quite comfortable at 130. Also, right now I'm around 159.

Well, I have taken my 150's photos. I can't wait to take my photos for the 140's.

I am doing pretty good, but I still need to get on the treadmill for my HIIT later this evening! I just had a sandwich, so I'll be waiting until at least 7:15 before I get on the treadmill!

This has been a slow process thus far, but I'm hoping to see some decrease this week!

Yeah!!! The more the merrier!

I did my HIIT routine and posted the info in my diary. I wasn't able to stay on the treadmill as long as I wanted, as my tummy began to hurt from eating about an hour before trying it. I'll make sure to not do that again!

I think it was more difficult today, but I'll get used to it and increase over time!

I still have 6.5 miles to go this week, but I'm trucking.

Hubs and I went out today and picked up some gloves for our ski trip. I can mark one thing off the list.. well, I guess I should create a list. Hmmmm

I can't join your club yet, but my first goal is to get down to 159! Hopefully though once I get down there you will all be in your 140's club! hehe

Goodluck!!

I'm so excited to be able to say "I'm in!" :D :D That is, unless this horrible weekend has kicked me back to 160. :( It's totally possible.

hey! i just had a baby 7 weeks ago, and a few weeks ago i was at 170. now i am at 159! i am psyched! i can't beleive i made it this far. i did start exercising a bit, and following a calorie plan, but i slipped up so many times i thought i may have gained! now i'm very motivated! my new goal is 150. then, 140. then maybe just 5 or 10 more... i am so excited!

Me, too!

Hi!
I've been trying to get out of the 150's for about a year & a half! I just found SP last month, so I've been tracking my food, and I can see why I haven't lost!!
I'm 152.5 today, and my goal is 149 by March 21. I know it's not much, but it's a major thing for undisciplined me!!
I'm in with you all!!
Cheryl

Hey everybody! Hope ya'll had a great weekend...me I spent it coughing and sneezing on the couch---but I feel a little better today. I'm actually totally jones'in (might be a jersey phrase) to get to the gym. This illness (which was totally weird btw) had me eating almost every hour---so bizarre, I was starving the whole freakin' time. Anyway, I managed to only gain back 1 pound so I'm back to 160.5 but a little time at the gym will get that back off of me.

I'm so totally looking forward to 155, I'm going to take pictures and post them in the before and after thread. I haven't been brave enough for pictures since I was 180 pounds. Wow, bizarre to think that that was 20 pounds ago. Crazy, 43.5 pounds of blubber are gone forever. Hmm...all of a sudden I'm feelin' a little proud of my accomplishment. *aww*

See ya'll later!

So I've been sick the past few days and have been eating plenty of ice cream to help my sore throat....bad idea. Does anyone else have a difficult time eating healthy when they're sick?

Absolutely!

I have a terrible time eating healthy when sick. I also have a hard time eating healthy after I get over a stomach bug that includes vomiting, because I'm terrified I'm gonna barf again!

I hope you get to feeling better!!!!

Well today I did my 2.11 miles on the treadmill, I was hoping to get 3 miles, but didn't make it. I still have to do my strength training this evening and want to do some abs on the exercise ball soon too.

Also, I have exchanged my office chair for an exercise ball, and let me tell you, it REALLY helps. I have a problem sitting on hard surfaces due to a surgery I had at age 15, so this has definitely helped out! I hope it is helping with balance and core. (I'm also working to try to sit on the ball with legs crossed on the ball with me to help with balance as well!)
