for a healthy body

Is it okay to eat very, very little for just two weeks? I'm not on a diet or anything, I just have zero money to buy food - I have bread and rice! - for the next two weeks until I fly home (long story.)
Will eating a very small amount be that bad, if it's only for a short time?I think I might have enough for about 800 calories per day. I will be strength training. What will happen to my body/health in that amount of time?

Um... well if you don't have the money to eat much then you can't do much about it? If you're unable to eat much, I would recommend going easy on the strength training...

The body will start to burn muscle, because you are starving it. It won't want to burn stored fat because it thinks you are starving and has no idea how long it will be starved.

So, strength training is about the worst thing you could do, because you'll already be catabolic, and then you'll tear down muscle tissue, and won't be consuming any protein to repair the muscle.

I suggest you phone home and have some money wired to you. You'd be amazed how much muscle mass can be lost in two weeks of an 800 calorie diet.

For the record, comatose patients get double that amount in their IV.
