16h - lunch(let's say soya steak, apple, tomatoes)

20h - dinner(just some bread i dont know what to put on?, oranges, apples)

What do you think?I didnt include what i drink - mostly orange juice, ice tea...

I am about 175cm and 32lbs.

I am vegeterian - what should i include/exclude in my diet ?

Why so much bread? Most store bought breads (even many labeled "whole wheat or grain" have very high contents of white flour and often high fructose corn syrup and saturated fats. Try making non-prepared foods (salads, fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts) the main part of your diet supplemented with legumes (beans), brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, squash, etc. Generally avoid anything white, except white potatoes if you have a low body fat percentage. Cheese is not a vegetarian food, however many vegetarians also eat dairy products and eggs, which is OK unless you truely want to avoid all animal products.
