Hello does anyone know a good website which is free and helps you to see how many calories are in certain foods any suggestion will be highly appreciated and also has any one heard of weetabix if you have can you compare it to oatmeal. Thanks
 
At fitday.com you can sign up and create journal that keeps track of what you have eaten and what you have burned throughout the day. It compiles it all in a chart so you can see days/weeks/months. You just type in what and how much you have eaten and what you have done during the day. It is pretty good if you have the time to sit down and think about everything you have down throughout the day.
