Food Food Food

I just wanted to ask if what all i ate today was ok or what i should change in my meal intake. I woke up at 11 this morning so really my day was messed up
Breakfast: 2 bowls of Special K cereal
Lunch:A can of Corn---RiceCake
Then I went out and ran a 1/2 mile *it was too cold out there for me*
Dinner: A salad *i ate at a restraunt and i have no idea if it was fat free dressing or not* But I also had a couple bites of clam chowder it wasnt very good, and 2 small pieces of fish. Then the rest of this stuff im gonna tell u i had wasnt even a tablespoon of believe me the food wasnt good. mac n cheese, white rice with carrots, and 2 small clam strips.
Then at 10 o'clock i got hungry so i had a bowl of hominey.
Now its 11 something at night and im gonna go run a mile on my gazelle.

Was it enough excercise for today? I know my meals were messed up my waking up time just messed my day up completely
 
thats pretty light, like ive said before you should have 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. and a little more cardio would be better, you should idealy do 30 to 45 minutes of cardio 6 times a week.
 
i knew it was a light day because me waking up so late messed it up. All i do is run a mile or a lil more than im done for the day unless at school we have gym class then that day i usually get in around 45 minutes
 
umm just tired you do have to remember i dont run on a tredmill i run out in the country over top hills and stuff and it wears you at then plus its wintery and you have the wind blowing in your face.
 
yeah i would much rather run outside, i mean i live in a park, but i have terrible feet, and the rough terrain makes them super soar, im working on strenghting them so i can just go for a run in the park every morning.
 
a start i have been running that mile for 2 months well a mile outside but inside on the gazelle i run 3 because its like nothing
