Food/Excercise

d'oh got the threads confused.

yeah that a good protein powder, it would be best to go to a vitamin or health foods store and ask the people there whats best for your needs.

Did you know that Granny Smith's have more anti-oxidants than any other type of apple!?!

Nope! but I believe it! :)

Mom and I went to the store today and bought tons....of fruit...eep....didn't buy any grannys, though...need to finish off the ones we have now.

I used to like the yellow and red ones...but for me they're too sweet, now...they're okay, just way too...err...sweet. For me, the granny smiths have the right balance of sweetness and sourness...

and as you said, anti-oxidants :D :D :D :D :D :D

and with a litttttle bit of caramel they're heavenly...

But of course, I don't eat caramel with them...oh no...:p:p:p (well, not most of the time....:p I used to have a little bit of caramel dip with them). Apples are the best fruit in the world...peaches, too. :D

raspberries are so good i get a liter of raspberry juice every week (cause of the price) and i put a ton of them in my smoothie.

so it dont have any sugar or many calories in it???
It has no added sugar. The only ingredients are peanuts and salt.

It has the same amount of calories, but there are no hydrogenated oils or added preservatives. It is much healthier for you. I think natty PB is an excellent food to incorporate into your daily meal plan, in moderation, of course.

I haven't found a natty PB w/o added salt.

Grammaton - this is annoying - we're both posting at the same times and everytime I go back to a post, you've just posted!! ACK!
