What are some food you take to maintain a healthy body?

I take lots of greens, and tries to avoid carbohydrate.

Once or twice a week, i go vegeterian.

I would strongly advise you to get a book out of the library or buy one on good nutrition. You seem to have a very poor understanding.

Almost any food can be used in appropriate amounts to maintain a healthy diet. It's all about balance. You need to eat the right number of calories for you and your goals (look up "BMR calculator" on a search engine), and you need to eat a good balance of healthy foods. Here's a very simple picture guide which gives you an idea of UK nutritional recommendations:

I am raw 95%, and have 2 meals a week of whatever junk I want. My raw days, my digestion is amazing along with my energy. After cheat meals, I get tired but it's still worth the treats. Life is about enjoyment, just not uncontrolled:)

I think fresh fruit and vegetables are good food diet.
These fresh things are most helpful for weight loss.

Balance is key. The body needs all the food groups. I try to get them all in for lunch and dinner. Grain, protein, fruit, and vegetable. The grain is best if it's whole wheat, no enriched flour. No need to deprive of any one thing, just eat all in moderation.

Make sure to eat lots of fiber (you can look up breads and other foods with fiber). Also get lots of water in (I drink about 10 glasses a say and it really helps).

To maintain a healthy and fit body we need to add some good diet to our daily dose such a green and raw vegetables, fresh fruits and milk and protein shake but the most important to avoid more calories and carbohydrate.
