Ok,
I have been at eating 5 meals a day. Following the whole nutritionthing. I eat my complex carbs in the morning and mid day with lean protein. Then the last three meals lean protein with veggies. I have eliminated diet coke and am now drinking water or flavored water. Workout 3 x's a week spinning classes. I have been at this for 2 weeks have lost 1 lb but feel fatter and bloated. What is going on. I feel like I am eating like a pig and I don't know what to do??? can someone give me advice? or motivation? something???
