I'm back again. *sigh* The past few months have been a complete yo-yo disaster. So im back again and trying to loose a lot!
I have a party that im going to in three weeks... im aiming to loose at least 5lbs before i go... so hopefully look a bit better then i do now.
so.. here goes.
Breakfast:
small bacon and sausage roll (was late rising so had to grab food at work.)
Lunch:
Small bowl of lettuce, cauliflower and a stick of celery with a drizzled of balsamic vinegar and salad seasoning.
small sausage and a thin slice of edam cheese.
Supper:
Snacks:
A galaxy ice cream.
a banana
Drinks:
1 mug of milky tea
1.5lts of water
