I have definitely noticed a difference. My quads, calves and ITB don't bother me nearly as much after I workout, and it feels great on the shoulders. Some of the positions are a little difficult for me just because of my fitness level, but its getting easier as I go along. Hurts like a mofo in some spots, but feels so good afterward! I am surprised that something that works so well for muscle pain and stretching is not well known in the general public...I didn't know about it until I came here thats for sure!
