Fitness for Health and Weight Loss

Hey guys,

I am completely new to all these exercising, lose weight via working own and perhaps, body building stuffs. :p

Hope to get some advice on working out and some motivation so that I can achieve my fitness goals.

I plan to start out with running so is there any advice on this?
