Fitness Athlete

Hey I'm a rower and I've already posted other questions in other sections.

For those who don't know rowing is a huge endurance sport where muscle is still really important. Cardiovascular strength is the most important though.

What kind of supplements would be best.

I've used a bunch in the past with other sports such as creatine, typical caffeine stuff like hydroxycut and xenadrine, I've tried the amino acids. Pretty much all I'm on now is a multivitamin and the occasional protein shake as a meal replacement.

Any ideas?
 
i don't know much about it.. but the thermogenic stuff i heard does wonders for a few hours of endurance..
