I've been out of touch with fitness for quite some time now and I've decided I don't want to look a mess while on holiday and do something about it. I want to lose belly fat but tone at the same time, this is my plan:
Protein intake between 180-200g
Carb intake - no more than 100g
3 x weight training per week
3 x cardio sessions per week
1 x rest day
How does that sound? Now to me, it sounds impossible to cut and tone at the same time or should I focus on one first. Any opinions or experiences will be appreciated!
