fitday veg values

Confused on the differences between cooked and uncooked on fitday for vegetables...for example i had about 1 cup of cooked (boiled) cauliflower with just some salt and pepper, if you choose the cooked option though it says like 5 g's of fat..compared to 1 cup of raw which has 0? Are they assuming fat is added (usually it will say "fat added in cooking" in the option)?? I cant imagine cooking a vegetable adds to the fat content but what do I know I guess!

I think fitday assumes that you cooked it in oil or otherwise added calories. I normally just go with the boiled or raw options, and weigh the veg before cooking.

They're somewhat inconsistent in whether they're adding in fat or not - one of these days I'm going to check out livestrong to see how they compare!
