What does this mean? If i have burned a total of 3258 in one day and took in approximately 1500 calories of food, does that mean I have lost 1758 in calories today? Does that 1758 translate into weightloss? For example, if I do this number daily, does that mean I will lose 3 pounds a week? Confused, please help.

Average Calories Burned

Total: 3258
Basal: 1564 (48%)
Lifestyle: 1260 (39%)
Activities: 434 (13%)

Thats exactly how it translates as.
3500 calories is a lb - so in a couple of days you should have 1lb loss :)

Excellent, thank you!! That's great! I know it will slow down eventually though so I will enjoy it while I can.

Oh yeah, another thing i should add, its not entirely exact - depends on a lot of things from water retention (when you get your monthly thing or drink tons of soda), muscle gain, and its generally a moving average for the weight loss rather than instant overnight thing. Sometimes it can take up to a week or more for the effects of say a major exercise session to hit.
