Fish oil

Cheaper fish oils tend to give you more of a "fishy" burp. This also varies from person to person.

An excess of anything could cause you to notice more, but everybody is different. When bulking, I tend to bump my fish oil intake up to 3,000 a day, and I don't get fishy burps.

List of common fish oil side effects:

Fishy burps or belching
Stomach upset
Bloating
Indigestion
Unpleasant taste in mouth

List of uncommon fish oil side effects:

Skin rash
Back pain
Flu-like symptoms
Minor infection

I'm getting them now because I bought a cheaper brand than normal. I think it has a lot to do with quality.

It depends on the quality to be sure. Nutrabio has a good brand, I also prefer to take mine with my largest meal of the day and I don't have any stank-fish-burp issues anymore. But yeah the cheap brands stink, literally.

Common side effects of fish oil are: acid or sour stomach, unpleasant taste, belching, excess air or gas in the stomach, heart burn and others.

Fish oil has plenty of beneficial qualities like the presence of omega 3 essential fatty acids like Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

Got to use a good brand of fish oil then you shouldn't get burps!
