First week and -3lbs!!!!! YAY!!!

I weighed myself today and I lost 3lbs. in 1 week. I'm excited.

I've reduced breakfast/dinner to cereal with milk... and lunch I'm having a bigger lunch. But tomorrow I'm going to buy some snacks because apparently if you eat more often your metabolism is higher.

I've been exercising quite a bit. Not as much as I could, so I'm going to improve that this week, I hope.

And I've also been drinking lots of water... so there it is!!! Thanks!

Congrats, I'm jealous! I just finished my first week of healthier eating and daily excersise and haven't lost any weight! What the......
