My name is Joseph Leo a computer technician from Chicago, Illinois. I have joined these forums for help and support and also will be willing to freely give help and support to those who I can help.
I am a 6' 3" (1.9 Meters) Male weighing in at 276 lbs (124.75kg) looking to lose weight and build muscle with my ultimate goal being to have abs, chest and the so-called "V" shape. Recently I have joined LA|Fitness gym and now I am currently looking for some guidance from people more experienced than I am in weight loss, muscle building and body sculpting.
