Hey everyone, I'm Stephen, I am almost 15 years old. I have always been heavy since my early childhood. I have grown a lot and have start to look a little skinnier. I am 5-11 and weigh 185 lbs. I have a lot of muscle but my bad area is my stomach. I'd say that I have probably 15-18 pounds of extra belly fat. All my other areas: legs, arms, shoulders etc. are muscular and toned. I have dieted a few times: south beach, atkins, but it's very difficult to follow this when I have to go to school. I like to workout with weights and stay fit, but I was in need of some dieting and exercising tips/advice to be able to lose that belly fat and maintain the muscular tone that I have.
