Hey everyone, I'm Stephen, I am almost 15 years old. I have always been heavy since my early childhood. I have grown a lot and have start to look a little skinnier. I am 5-11 and weigh 185 lbs. I have a lot of muscle but my bad area is my stomach. I'd say that I have probably 15-18 pounds of extra belly fat. All my other areas: legs, arms, shoulders etc. are muscular and toned. I have dieted a few times: south beach, atkins, but it's very difficult to follow this when I have to go to school. I like to workout with weights and stay fit, but I was in need of some dieting and exercising tips/advice to be able to lose that belly fat and maintain the muscular tone that I have. Thank you so much for your help.

Do you take your own lunch to school?
I know how hard it is to watch what you eat at school with everyone bringing junk. But, you could always take healthy foods such as fruits and veggies and just low calorie lunches. You don't have to be on a fad diet to lose, just find healthier ways to eat. Good luck and I'm sure you will get a lot more responses than mine.

everyday i bring lunch from home; the stuff they serve at schools is definitely un nutritious. it just sucks when i have to bring healthier stuff and everyone else brings all the junk. I just need to know how to lose this 15 lbs.
