Hey guys,
This is my first time on a fitness forum but this seemed like a lot of fun and very informative, so decided to join in. I guess I have always wanted to be fit but failed in every attempt to lose those extra pounds until this year. I made a resolution to lose that weight and have lost 20 lbs since the beginning of this year. I started off weighing 150 lbs at 5'6" and now am 130 lbs having lost 6% body fat and gained about 5% of muscle. I love cardio including running, spinning and the tread climber but lately I have gotten a lot into weights. I am no where close to where I want to be in terms of lifting but slowly trying to make my way through. I am hoping that this forum will keep me motivated and also help me in my endevour to become leaner and eventually put on more muscle. I have been hitting the gym about four times a week or so and am hoping to put my workout stats on the forum starting this week. Hope to get feedback from you all and also recommendations about nutrition and supplements.
