First time on a cut - help with lifts?

This is my first cut. I have heard that isolation exercises are pointless during a cut because for those kinds of exercises to work, you have to be eating a lot. Therefore, I'm going to cut the isos out of my workout (only did 2 per session). Should I replace them with anything?

Here is what I will be doing:

Full Body - 3 times per week
I will do 2 days of the first exercises listed, 1 of the second

All exercises are 6x4 with 80-85% of my 1RM:

Chest: Flat Bench/Dips
Back: Bent Over Rows
Back: Pullups supinated grip/Pullups pronated grip
Quads: Squats/Deadlift
Hamstrings: Romanian Deadlift/Deadlift (combine hams and quads on deadlift days)
Abs: V-Raises/nothing

Is there anything I'm leaving out? I can't do overhead press b/c of a torn labrum, but I am capable of doing anything else. Thanks for the help.

I don't think anyone can give you a decent answer because they have not assessed your limitations and abilities in the gym.

And what does cut mean. Are you trying to lean down?

yeah i just want to lose about 5 lbs. My BF% is pretty low at the moment and I can see my abs, but I have been bulking for a long time (about 5 months) and I've added about 15 pounds. A lot of it is muscle, but I can definitely see some added poundage in the area surrounding my abs (the obliques I guess). I want to lean back down to about 180. I'm hoping it shouldn't take more than 2 months b/c I'm currently about 188-190. I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right to lose the fat but keep the muscle.

Just FYI, here are my stats:
6'4, 188 pounds.
22 y/o
Max Bench: 225
Max Squat: 275
Max Deadlift: 240
Been lifting weights (the right way) for about a year. Been eating right for about 5 months.

After the cut, I'll get back on the bulk, but I'm trying to avoid unnecessary fat gains in the process.

most of a cutting phase is your diet not your routine. sure you can add a little cardio to speed things up, but 5lbs isn't much to lose.

This is so true. I had been bulking for a couple months, and decided to cut to lean down. I adjusted my diet, and in about a month, I have lost 7 pounds, just by lowering the calories a little, and making sure to keep heavy carbs only to my first meal or two. The rest is just regular compound lifts in the gym, with cardio added whenever I can.

So many schools of thought on cutting, all are right if they work for you.
ketogenic diets, carb cycling diets, HIIT cardio, changing volumes, adding cardio or just changing how you do cardio...

if people weren't so damned unique and individual we could have a cookie cutter solution to being fat :)
