First time experience w/ Natural weight loss

I've never really needed to lose weight or anything, but I've recently found myself 30lbs overweight.

I'm not looking to lose "20 lbs in 2 weeks!", I just want to lose the 30lbs regardless, in a minimum of 5 months.

I want to do it naturally too, including natural supplements.

I didn't really know where/how to start, but a blog I found helped me out greatly and may help you out too:

It's been really helpful so far and I hope you all find it helpful too.

'Natural' weight loss should, by it's very nature, be free of any kind of 'weight loss supplements', no matter how they were created.

The best kind of 'natural' weight loss is the one that stems from decreased food intake and increased exercise. It's that simple.

We generally don't advocate weight loss supplements on this forum (since 99.9% of them don't work anyway). And the posting of 'blog' links is not permitted, especially not for new members.
