Hello, this is my first post. I weigh about 160 and am 5`4 was diagnosed diabetic about 5yrs ago. Iam trying very hard to keep my weight down, but is very hard in a small town with very little extra activitys. Sorry no profile pic. Havn`t figured out how yet.
