First Loss!

I have been on my diet now for a week.
Have done my weekly weigh and have lost 3 pounds.
Is this good or should i have lost more?
I havn't done any excersise yet neither.
I dont know what to think :confused:
 
That's alrite. It's yr first week. Healthy loss is around 2 pounds per week, tho some hv more at first. Try to add in some exercise. U can start with walking if u dun do exercise before. It's easy.:D All the best!
 
3 pounds is great for the first week. Most people lose between 1 and 2 pounds a week so you are right on track.

Keep up the good work!
 
1 percent of your body weight is what is considered healthy... so you did really well.. you should be proud of yourself... :D

I was unsure if its good or not.

I am going to start doing more excercise. Running with the dogs instead of walking :D
