I have been on my diet now for a week.
Have done my weekly weigh and have lost 3 pounds.
Is this good or should i have lost more?
I havn't done any excersise yet neither.
I dont know what to think
That's alrite. It's yr first week. Healthy loss is around 2 pounds per week, tho some hv more at first. Try to add in some exercise. U can start with walking if u dun do exercise before. It's easy. All the best!
