Fenrir's Introduction

I used to be a kickboxer, and want to get back into training.
Since I last trained I have put on a lot of weight, but maintained my strength.
I have always been slow so plan on joining a boxing club to increase my speed before going into kickboxing again. I have come here for advice on losing weight and increasing my speed. Feel free to ask any questions, I am 21.
