Stategy for next time

I used to do the whole talk yourself into it's okay, this once bit and I deserve it story, then eat it, then talk myself into more just this once bit so I could continue to eat the rest of that day in way that I know wasn't best for my body, then of course the whole guilty feelings bit, just to do it again the next day bit. Hence, the fall of the wagon.

Now when I am doing that talk yourself into dialogue and knowing exactly where I am going with that..hehehehe, I just talk the dialogue back ..oh and then if I do that, I will eat more..then it will be the whole day of eating, then I will feel guilty, then it will be hard to get back on the wagon, then then..

As 12 pk and other said, moderation, but if your not a person, like myself, that can't comprehend moderation :( :) I just say to myself, I deserve to not fall of the wagon. Let me feel satisfied with substitution and go around the craving. So lets say buffalo wings, love em, I will cook up chicken breast(boneless skinless) and put a bunch of hot sauce on it. Dip it in bleu cheese ever so slightly or a receipe that works for me(won't get all into that) and feel very satisfied and blow the guilt, blow the fall of the wagon.
Go walk for a bit after that and feel dynamite.

I know it sounds easier said than done, but try incorporating it into your day and see if cuts down the amount of binging or falls of the wagon.
