Hello All,
I am a newbie here. I am seeking some advice for my weight loss. After losing about 7 pounds, (12 more to go) I am struggling on trying to find the right 'plan' or overall 'attitude' to help me lose the rest. My situation is kind of odd, I put on weight when I was living in France and two years later it is still stubbornly sitting there. Now I live in Thailand where it sounds crazy but it is often cheaper and waaaay more convenient to eat out, so I usually eat out the majority of the week, though often this is just fresh fruit or stir-fried veggies. I have a gluten intolerance and I am vegetarian. I also go to the gym or do other independent workouts pretty frequently, though this comes in motivational waves.
My biggest issues are portion control, I can eat far to much for my 4'11'' inch body, and cravings, I find it hard to avoid breaking down to eat some thai rice treat or sugar filled bubble tea.
I would love to hear advice and feedback to find some sort of direction. Thanks so much!
