Here I am after loosing 60lb, totally stuck and just feeling like a failure becasue my weight hasnt budged since september.

Obviously I know that 60lb down is not something to be sniffed at, but its like I am so close yet so far.
I know what I need to do in order to loose weight, I just can't seem to get the motivation to do it. I'm so frightened of putting the weigh back on and ending up like I was before, although in a way I don't think I am much better now.

I feel like I am just fighting a loosing battle, plus after loosing all this weight I have this hideous apron of skin on my stomach and I don't want to keep loosing and make it worse.

I just feel awfull right now and could really do with some support.

I went through the same thing. I think hitting a plateau will do that to your mind. Read around this forum for motivation and you'll find it. And DON'T worry about your skin right now. Back in November I was extremely bummed out about it thinking nothing is going to look so great about me even after I lost so much weight. Now I'm noticing that with every couple of pounds I lose I'm tightening up and feeling a lot better. I'm sure the same thing will happen for you.

It's always hardest to lose that last few pounds. You've accomplished so much already! Don't give up now. Take out some of your old clothes and watch them fall off of you. Celebrate how far you've come, rather than how far you've got to go. I'm envious of how much weight you've lost.

You haven't mentioned it, but what kind of exercising are you doing? If you've hit a plateau, sometimes and increase or change in physical activity can help you through it. Sometimes skin takes a while to bounce back. Worry about that later. The important thing is too not give up, when you're so close!

Keep it going!

I've hit my first plateau. I've lost 70 lbs and I"m stuck at 355 lbs and my body just isn't budging. I've been stuck here since before Christmas.

I get discouraged but i hit hte gym every day and still maintain a good diet. I know over long term my exercise and healthy diet will win out over my stubborn fat cells.

Keep kicking ass. You will get there

Try changing your caloric intake. Sometimes even increasing it a little can make a difference. Your body has probably adapted to your routine, time to shock the system.

Don't let the apron discourage you. The leaner you get, the better its going to look. Plus, if you really need it, you can always get a tummy tuck, maybe even a mini tuck.
Also, don't feel bad about the weight not coming off. You have maintained your weight, and I think that is something to be proud of considering the fact that you've already lost 60 pounds. Consider it a "break", which is a very important part of weight loss that unfortunately doesn't get much attention and is often feared.
