Feeling Low stuck in same weight range from last 1 month

Hi Guys,

I am totally demotivated with the progress I am making, In the last 1 month i am hovering between 237 and 241, thats a very little progress I have made in the last month even increasing my workout, lifting heavier weight and total control over diet not coming out of this plateau..... Need some serious advice and motivation how to overcome this one....
