Feeling like crap!

i'm in the same boat.
finding the weather very depressing and not having a lot of motivation to do anything.
am trying to get in 4 workouts a week, and eating properly.
So far so good!! Just a day at a time.
 
Stay positive Kate, you will get there. Most people put on a few holiday pounds, although we try not to. Cold weather/good food play an important part in the weight gain. But now the holidays are over! good.

And yes, losing 5 pounds in a month is realistic and you can do it.
