Favorite & Least Favorite Excersises

Just curious what are your favorite and least favorite excersises to do. Ill start off with some of mine.

Favorites:
T-Bar Rows, Bench (lol), cable crosses

Least Favorites:
ANy Cardio (ex smoker so lungs kill after any), squats (cant seem to get in a good routine)
 
ok sorry again I didnt not ready I thought the favorite work out music thread was the same thing as this, I am not really with it today haha sorry
 
favorite
Pull ups, bench press, dips, tricep push downs, rows

least favorite
ab work, tricep extensions, bent over rows.
 
Favorites:
kettlebell swings
weighted pull-ups
overhead squats

Least Favorites:
any isolated movement excluding abdominal/low back work
 
favorites include squats and deadlifts because they are tough too do

least favorite would be training arms (yawn)
 
favorites: squats, dips, dumbell bench press, hyperextentions

least favorites: military press, shrugs, anything for calves
 
Favorites - abs; it's my strongest muscle group

Least Favorite - lower body, i'm always afraid I'm going to hurt my knees...also, I'm not big on sweating!!!!!!!!
 
favorites: squats 225x20, stiff-leg straigh-back dealift , handstand pushups, weighted pullups, weighted pushups, nail bending

least favorite: exercises that limit ROM and hurt my joints: bench, lat pulldown, leg press

favorite: upright rows, shoulder flies, stiff leg dead lifts
least favorite: lunges, abs (I got a nasty pimle thing on my tailbone) eeewww.
 
favorite:
pullover w/tricep extension to reverse supination?, arnold press, supinating Bicep curl w/ clean
least favorite:
anything i cant seem to get a weigh to fits within my rep range(rear deltoid raises)
 
ahehe new favorite exercise which i cant wait to do is bench pressing with dumb bells on a flat bench 50 pounds each side. i'm new to it.

least favorite is squating because i suck at it :(
 
For what experience is worth, i'd suggest finding more better alternatives for the unliked exercises. If you don't enjoy doing it, the effectiveness will be reduced; the more you enjoy it, the better the potential results.

In most cases, something comparable can be substituted.
