Fave weight loss foods?

I just thought weight loss foods meant nutritious and low calorie foods you actually *like* to eat when you're trying to lose weight.

Here's a couple of my favorites:
- Campbell's Soup-At-Hand (high in sodium, but pretty low in everything else...I'm a salt addict)
- Strawberry-kiwi yogurt
- large hard pretzels (as a substitute for potato chips)
- shaved deli turkey
- Special K Vanilla Almond (I like the Vanilla Almond *much* better than the Red Berries...though I can eat both)
- Salad with lots of cherry tomatoes!
 
Lettuce w/ light caesar dressing! Yum!!! I could eat that all day if I wanted to, but I don't think I'd get enough calories to survive. It's only 70 calories for 2 Tbsp and that's just enough dressing. :)
 
Assuming he meant foods that you can eat more of while spending less calories:
Hebrew National 98% fat free hot dogs. ooo they're good.

But almost anytime you spend less calories on a food with a bad reputation (cheese, hot dogs, etc.) you spend way more money. And more time wondering what exactly is in this food that really should be bad for you. Right?
 
In a lot of the no fat, reduced fat stuff,they add so much fillers to it -that bears little resemblance to the original satisfaction wise,and you'd be better off having a smaller portion of the full fat version than twice as much as the fat free stuff.
 
honestly, i really haven't changed WHAT I eat, just how much I eat and how often I eat, so I can honestly say that my favorite weight loss foods are the egg rolls from Jack in the Box, Poppycock, chocolate covered pretzels, and nachos. Oh yeah, and those Drumstick ice cream cones and frosted strawberry pop tarts. Mmmmmmm. oh yeah, and vodka and red bull. I have lost 38 pounds and eat all of these things on a super regular basis.
 
i really like nonfat vanilla or strawberry yogurt with a little kashi go lean crunch and a chopped up apple...all mixed togetha...yummy goodness
