Fave weight loss foods?

im also doing the special K "Diet" and Im not downing it but you could probably get the same result buy eating 170 cals of something else.
but I like special K I trust it its low fat and cal.

I love yogurt LOVE IT. that dannon Light and Fit 60cal a couple flavors their awsome.

I did do green tea for awhile those drops I'll have to see if I can find them.

Sugar free jelly
Low fat mayo
Small nimble wholemeal bread - 55 cals a slice, trace of sat fats :D
Sugar free ice pops
Turkey rashers
Weight watchers chicken curry

Mmmm, smoothies. I eat a protein smoothie about once a day. I just perfected my fruit ratios and they are so good. :D

I also loved red cabbage for a while, but I cabbaged myself out.

I have no specific weight loss foods - there's really nothing I won't eat - however my "secret weapon" is the ziplock snack sized baggies, for creating perfect portion controlled packages of my favorite snack foods...

I also love Special K but I stopped eating it when I found out of how much sugar it insists. What I really like is freshly made popcorn. I have a popcorn machine and so I don't have to add any salt, sugar of whatever to it. Nevertheless it is a light snack. And I also love to eat fruit like pinapple wich purifies your whole body!

Well I didn't start this thread, but maybe he means by weight loss food all kinds of food which you may have even if you are doing a diet. So food which increase the weight loss or food which you could have when you are suffering from revenousness. At least I thought that this is meant by "weight loss food".

there is no food that increases weight loss.

I eat regular food at proper portions, and pay attention to nutritional information.

you shouldn't be ravenous period. if you're hungry, eat something.

exactly - there's really no food that a person 'shouldn't' have.. there are always better choices... but there really should be nothing on the OH NOES I CAN'T HAVE THIS OR I'LL GET FAT list... moderation moderation moderation...

There should be nothing that a person should eat in massive quantities without fear because it doesn't help with portion control long term... everything should be eaten with portion sizes in mind... and have what you want..

Well I would say that there is some food which might increase the weight loss. I talked to an alternative practitioner about losing weight and she told me that there are some products which purify your body more than other products. On of these products is for example pineapple. I wil try to find out more about this kind of products!

Calories are calories.

Don't believe magic.

to that I'd say you're wrong. create a caloric deficit, you'll lose weight. period.

I know that these products have calories as well. I totally agree with you-that is for sure. I also didn't say that. I just said that there are some products with might increase the purification of your body. My doctor also told me about it and there are lots of articles in magazines about this fact. Maybe you don't lose weight, but at least it should be healthy for your body and you lose water.

I guess we're talking about foods that we like to eat when we're watching what we eat. My faves are tomatoes, and rapini (braised in low-sodium chicken broth, garlic, olive oil and chili peppers).
