Fav. food game!

Hey everyone, thought we might play a game!!
So how about if everyone posts:
1) Favourite meal before diet
2) Favourite meal during/after diet
3) For those who have a minute or two, post the recipe to your favourite dieting food, so we can all learn some new meals!

I am going to start:
1) Mom's lasagna!!
2) Roasted/Grilled vegetables
3) Very easy recipe: Ingredients: any vegetables you like, I use aubergine (eggplant), courgettes (zucchini), tomatoes, asparagus, champignons.
You just wash the veg and cut those who are too big, like the aubergine and cougettes into slices. Mushrooms can either be sliced or just cut in half.
Put them on a baking tray and sprinkle some virgin olive oil and some salt (I love the really chunky kind the best!) on them and put in an oven at 220 degrees C or in a grill if you have one.
Roast or grill them until they are nicely done, usually about 15 to 20 minutes. You can get them out after about 10 minutes and turn them around, or just have one darker side.
Enjoy it is delicious!!!!!!

1. Chicken Fettucini Alfredo with cheese bread
2. Pita Pizzas or Turkey Chili
3. Regular chili, made with ground turkey or chicken, and I throw some salsa in while it's cooking.
