Well let me begin by saying i'm am currently very overweight i weigh 102.3kgs and so far i have lost 2.2 kgs im aiming for a goal weight of 85 and i do intend to get there i have 17.3 to go. Im using the weight watchers method of i have been sucessful on this 2 years ago and know it works for me..
i weigh in every morning as soon as i get up and it keeps me honest as well as motorvated as i can see it not going up...so far anyway.
I make sure i write everything down and dont cheat there is no point.
