Here is the deal. I have been running and lifting for 8 months now. I have reached my target weight but i still have belly fat. I eat very clean. When I run now I am completely drained and need to lay down. I know i have to continue to do cardio to lose that fat but i don't want to lose anynore weight. What can i do???? Help

The only way the fat will come off is losing more weight. Either changing your diet to take in less calories or more cardio to help burn more.

I think that's what you was asking.

Without any more information we can't really give you any helpful advice.

How old are you?
Male or female?
How tall are you?
How much do you weigh now?
How much did you lose and how long did it take you?
What do you eat (be specific - type out an entire day's worth of food that's representative of your average day)?
What kind of exercise do you get (be specific - list what you do over the course of a week)?
Are you taking any supplements/meds/drugs?
Do you drink alcohol at all?

Be specific. Give us details. Otherwise all we're doing is guessing.

I am a 39 year old male. I am 5'9 and weigh 155. I lost 25 lbs in 5 months. i eat 4 egg whites, oats and whey shake 2 turkey bacon, 1 tbl natural pb and kiwi for breakfast. :icon_bs:Chicken and salad for lunch and salmon brown rice and brocoli for dinner. I do ful body workouts 3 days a week and i try to do cardio on the other 3 days but after i run i am dead... I cut down on cardio because i lost too much weight but my belly flab is still there. I do drink on the weekends. I drink about 12 (total) bud select 55. Hope this clears up some confusion.

Well I'd say the alcohol is the main problem. 12 beers? Really? There's a reason it's called a beer belly, you know.

Ditch the alcohol and you'll probably see the gut disappear.
