There are several ways. The best is to get a body fat caliper and use various calculation methods (measuring skin folds) to find it. Second, you could go to a local gym and they could do it for you. Finally, that is a very accurate way of measuring and this involves being dunked in a pool of water and measurments are made. Again you would have to find a place locally that does this. But the best way is the skin fold method. Finally, I'd stay away from body fat scales cause they are horribly inaccurate. Good luck
