No, you don't actually transform the fat into muscle. However, I used to be a fat dude, and at the gym, my results were very quick. Your results will be dramatic if you put some heart into it. So, what I suggest is that you get to that gym, and turn that fat to muscle - because results usally come faster for the heavier set dudes
