Fat question Help please

I am 5 ft 9, 160 lbs, and 16 yrs old.
My questions is that I want know for my Height my Weight is perfect. I also run workout intensily to keep my in shape. The problem is that when i grab my stomach i see like 2 inches of fat, and my pecs are full of fat.

How can i make it so i look "Toner". You know like pretty much my muscle is in front of fat. I mean if i were to lose all that fat i would proably be 130 lbs. That would be unhealthy.

Anyone help please?

As already said, muscle does not tone, it either grows or it doesn't. It sounds like you want to build some muscle, so I would start weightlifting (poke around here and find some information on workout splits and forms) and start incoporating a healhty diet.
