I am 5 ft 9, 160 lbs, and 16 yrs old.
My questions is that I want know for my Height my Weight is perfect. I also run workout intensily to keep my in shape. The problem is that when i grab my stomach i see like 2 inches of fat, and my pecs are full of fat.
How can i make it so i look "Toner". You know like pretty much my muscle is in front of fat. I mean if i were to lose all that fat i would proably be 130 lbs. That would be unhealthy.
Anyone help please?
