Okay, I've made a couple topics here already but out of all this one may be the most important.
I have lost 60 pounds from working out about 14 months now. That may seem good but I eat a very small amout of calories per day. I'd say it's usually less than 1000 on weekdays and maybe a little over 1000 calories on weekends. I don't know why I eat so little, but I'm not gonna force food down my belly if I'm not hungry.
Now I do lift a little weights, so I do build some muscle, but I'm sure that the amount I'm eating is not healthy (for a male especially). I was wondering, even If I may be losing muscle along with fat, in the long run will the muscle and fat loss eventually lead to me being visably skinny? I can always gain the muscle back, but I don't want much fat.
note: I weigh 160 pounds, there's maybe about 20-30 more pounds to be lost.
