Fat loss on bum

You can't necessarily lose weight in a certain area. Exercising an area actually makes it a bit bigger. A good solid weight training routine 2-3 times a week (including squats and deadlifts for the glutes) and cardo 4-5 times a week will get you fat loss all around your body. The first place you gain it will be the last place you lose it unfortunately, just hang in there.

Very true.

Also, don't forget the importance of a good, clean diet for fat loss.
