Fat loss and sex

yep.

I think for some people that department changes a lot during the weight loss journey. I can't say the experience per say has been a whole lot different as for the actual pleasure but then again my hubby has been gone the last almost 4 months. But I am sure looking forward to testing out the theory when he gets home... lol Now as far as wanting it more I can safely say that yes it has been on my mind more often then before I started losing weight. I think there was another thread posted before about this subject too.

:rolleyes:I'm still self-conscious about how I look. Plus, I don't get a lot of reactions from the opposite sex, so it's not like I have anything to respond to.

>>Anybody find that during the weight loss process they experience, errr, I'm trying to keep this tasteful, physical reactions more frequently? Or is this just me?

CONGRATULATIONS! The short answer is yes. I was on a medically supervised fast and lost a lot of weight in a very short period of time. During that diet everything pretty much slowed down, slight loss of energy and my appetite went away mostly. When I finished the diet and my appetite came back full force, so did my libido! It was a nice surprise... I mean it'd been gone for so long I was not sure I'd ever feel like my old horny self again. lol :)

Problem is, especially when you lose weight fast, it takes the psyche a while to catch up. I have a lot more confidence, but there's still so much work to be done in terms of self esteem. Awakening the sexual deviant within will take some time. Thankfully, I have a loving man who is all too glad to help me rediscover this part of myself.

Many people feel more sexually charged when they lose weight, more than just actually losing the weight.

The become healthy, which is great not only for being physically fit and the long term effect, but the brain begins to create more chemical charges sending by neutransmitters in the brain to the specific body parts. There are many charges, the brain creates, and one which decreases with age and unhealthiness is the sexual one, when one eats right and exercise they do a lot of good to there body, plus they don't know it, but they as well let the brain go overdrive with touchy-feely thoughts. Basically, neurons in the brain send messages, lack of nutrition lowers neurons and there ability to function. This creates depression, once one intakes the proper nutrition the neutransmitters increase with much benefit.

Oh absolutely! Me and the s/o have always been more active than the usual couple in an LTR, but within the last few months I've been particularly, ahem, randy shall we say! I used to try and hide myself (mostly just my stomach, the rest I am happy with) when I was fully nude...now I try and make him turn my way if I'm walking from the bathroon to the bedroom after a shower of something. In the past I would have wrapped myself up and ran across quietly (even though ne never showed any dissatisfaction in how I looked), now I slowly strut and sometimes stop to pick something up :rotflmao:
