Hi, newbie here.
I'm 15 years old, and I weigh 140 pounds. Not obese, but I definitely need to lose some. I just started my diet about a week ago, and I haven't lost much yet, but I'm trying. I work out a few times a week, and I try to eat about 1200 calories a day.
What do you guys think I should weigh? I'm 5'7".
EDIT: and I'm not on any particular diet, I'm just trying to eat less overall.
