Pretty self explanatory... I'm hovering around 200lbs. and want to get to 170. I'm really muscular as is and carry almost all my weight in my waist (Grreeeaaat
lol)
So, Time to start this journey. I've been doing morning circuit workouts at home every other day and preparing meals at home. I cut fast food, soda, ect. My weakness is eating late and sweets. OMG I love cupcakes. Not really sure what I expect to get out of being on this forum but hopefully some advice and motivation.
